The composite fillings have deteriorated in two of my back lower teeth and need to be replaced. I called 1-800-DENTIST for a referral and was connected with David Bradley's office. They asked that I block off two hours on my schedule for the visit as I was a new patient. After Mr. Bradley reviewed my x-rays, he showed me one tooth in my upper left side that he says needed a root canal. That tooth was not the reason which brought me into his office nor was it causing me any pain. I had no idea that any of my upper teeth were in trouble. After two of his staff members tried to sell me on a root canal for a tooth that's not causing me ANY pain to the tune of financing an additional $672 on top of what my insurance would pay, they did not refill my fillings or even clean my teeth because I passed on a root canal on a tooth that's not even bothering me. I felt like I was at a time share presentation instead of a dentists' office. I called back to obtain a copy of my x-rays because I doubt that my insurance will pay for another set of x-rays and was told I'd have to pay $10 due to the "technology" they use to take the photos. I guess my little filling wouldn't bring in enough money for Mr. Bradley because I wouldn't allow him

About Front Desk: The scheduler called me EIGHT TIMES to confirm ONE appointment. I felt like I was being stalked by an ex-boyfriend!

About Hygienist: to rope me into an additional $672 on top of what he'd bill my insurance. So if he couldn't do what he wanted to do with MY mouth he didn't want to do anything. I would not recommend my worst enemy to be taken advantage of by Mr. Bradley. His "different way of doing things" is a code word for "watch your pockets--he's coming for them!"

Extremely poor service, quality of product and lack of transparency in billing. Very expensive although difficult to ascertain exact charge for each service. Deep cleaning, 4 crowns, partial dentures were ill fitting and pain when I chew. Partials have a gap to appear tooth is missing. Never corrected. Dentist refused to discuss concerns. customer service was condescending and very poor. After 3 revisions, I still can't chew on left side without pain. I've gone to a periodontist and prosthodontist. Prosthodontist said the crowns were pretty horrible. They are twice as big as the original teeth and interfere with fitting of the partials, which were suppose to be "custom". Bradley drilled down one good tooth to accommodate my bite when the crowns didn't fit, rather than redo the ill-fitting crown.

About Front Desk: Rude and condescending when it came to charges and billing. Pleasant and professional for matters of scheduling and when checking in, but don't dare question a charge or request an invoice. They don't allow you to speak with the dentist about your concerns.

He was HORRIBLE, and very rude. I was referred to him when my tooth unexpectedly cracked, and needed a root canal. Although he worked with me as far as payment, he was very condescending and RUDE (told me I was a 'loser' for not yet finding a job after graduating 3 months earlier from law school). Turns out he also is incompetent as far as root canals, as he put the wrong fillings in the canals, which caused infection less than 1 year later and I was forced to go through the entire root canal procedure once again! Please, if you need to have a root canal done, go to an actual endodontist, not a general dentists - and especially not Dr. Bradley.

Dr. David Bradley is by far the best dentist I have ever had! His staff are all very kind and caring of MY needs. I was impressed from the first phone call I made to schedule my visit. The staff make sure to take their time and explain everything in detail about what I need and what the cost is for me.

About Hygienist: Jill and Dawn are both great hygienists. I have never left an office and had my teeth feel as clean as they did after I had a cleaning from Jill. I love Dawn too, she is so fun and so gentle on my gums!
