You must discuss fees up front with this doctor's office staff. They will not let you know the cost of anything unless you ask. They also charged me for the full amount of a filling, instead of 20% as well as charging for cleaning up front, which our insurance paid in full. You should not have to pay for items that are covered by insurance. Beware!! They also missed some decay that was growing on the underneath of a back molar. The next dentist I saw caught it right away. I had to have it taken off, the decay removed, and a new crown put on. Since I still have the temporary, there is still a chance the decay could come back and I will need a root canal. I hope not!! The point is this doctor office not only charges fees not supposed to be charged up front, but also missed a very important decay on my tooth that I could have lost, if I had not gone to another dentist. The office is very nice, staff nice, but BEWARE!!!
