Dr. Conway has treated our whole family for years. She is kind, fun, and professional. The entire office is friendly and accomodating. We had regular and special care here, and won't go anywhere else. Pain is not an issue. Nitrous is readily available. Office is clean. Hygenists are great, and offer great tips to the kids.

Have used her for years for all members of the family. Check-ups, cleaning, fillings and crowns. Pricing is very fair. Treatment is great, and very focused on pain free visits. She is very quick to refer you to other professionals for root canals, oral surgery, etc.

Do NOT go to this Dentist Miss diagnosed my problem; therefore I had to pay twice. Customer service very POOR, Billing POOR, Office staff and Dentist tended to create Anxiety for there Patients.

I would not recommend this dental office due to their poor customer service. They have very limited hours, no voice mail, no e-mail, no web site. For those of us that work a 9-5 job it is virtually impossible to contact them. I've had to personally follow-up with several insurance claims that didn't get processed correctly. On more than one occasion I would receive a billing statement that said it was in collections, when in fact it was the first time I'd even seen the bill - don't know what all that was about, but couldn't get a hold of them to find out because of there limited methods of communication. They are always trying to sell you something too.
About Hygienist: On the other hand, the hygienist I dealt with was probably the best I have ever had. Too bad I can't remember her name : (

Dr. Conway goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She never makes you feel bad for having a cavity. Her staff is wonderful. They are timely, prepared, friendly, conscienous, and warm. My kids have never felt comfortable anywhere else and neither have my husband or I.
