I moved to Florida 2 years ago, and I have not been able to find a dentist who offers great service, fair rates and good alternatives to costly procedures. As a result, I visited Dr. Bruss the last time I was in Minneapolis and I was grateful for his ability to improvise and solve my current and immediate concern.
He has a love for his profession which is sorely lacking by many other medical and dental specialists.
The office staff is fantastic! In fact, Sandy, the office manager and the first person you meet when you walk through the front door, always greets you with a big smile and kind words.
About Hygienist: His dental assistants are top notch, professional and long term...he doesn't have a revolving door for his staff, so the people I met 15 years ago are still there.

I think this is the best dentist I have ever went to. I have been going to him for several years now and have refered family and friends. I find that it is a very non-shaming atmosphere and they are very friendly. They are excellent in working with insurance companies. The office staff is excellent.

I had avoided going to any dentist for many years. Dr. Bruss knew this and made every effort possible to ease my anxiety. Also, every member of his staff was equally helpful and courteous. I needed a complete upper plate and a partial lower plate. I am completely happy with the results. I am very grateful to Dr. Bruss and his staff for returning my normal, happy life to me. Years of pain and discomfort are now over, and I enjoy eating again

Dr. Bruss used to be my family's dentist - which I couldn't be happier about. I tried for years to get my parents to switch dentists. Both of my parents have had to have root canals redone that he has performed. Today my mother found out he missed one root completely and only went half way down on the others. I was having problems with a wisdom tooth a few years back and he drilled out a hole in the center and the pain was excruitiating, I had to go back after the weekend and he had to remove tooth. Also he has injected novacaine into mine and my sister's blood streams so we hyperventilated and could not breathe. Finally, my sister requires a lot of novacaine before she is actually numb and she told Dr. Bruss that she wasn't numb yet but he insisn't that she was so he started drilling and she could feel everything the whole time - he just thought she was nervous. He is the reason why people are afraid to go to the dentist. Absolutely the WORST dentist in the world. I would strongly avoid this dentist.

Great, pleasant staff, solid results! Fixed my chipped front tooth with a partial veneer - excellent, can't tell there is a problem. Really accomodating too!
