Dr. Sussman did dental implants -- 2 in my back lower jaw.
I've been Dr. Sussman's patient for about 3 years. I hadn't been to a dentist for years because I get nervous. I explained all this to Dr. Sussman and his staff and they were great. They take time to make sure I'm comfortable. Dr. Sussman is very gentle and I'm surprised at how gentle he was able to be while putting in the implants. I thought that implants were simply cosmetic but he walked me through the pros and cons of dental implants. I eventually decided that this was something I needed to do and now that it's done, I'm really glad I did it! Dr. Sussman is so professional and he's gentle! I might even get purely cosmetic stuff done because now I have a dentist that I trust!
About Front Desk: Lorraine is generally on the front desk. She's friendly and super organized! I haven't had to reschedule much, but when I do, she works with me, gets me right back in and is very professional.

About Hygienist: Jennifer is my hygienist and she's really gentle but still thorough! I like her as a person b/c she's fun and I trust her as a dental professional. I love the way my teeth feel!

Dr. Sussman did my veneers and now I can't stop smiling.
I have received tons of complements-- people I don't even know tell me I have beautiful teeth! The treatment was entirely painless. The staff is very professional. I would refer (and have already) referred friends and family to Dr. Susssman. Thank you so much!

Dr. Sussman put a bridge on my front bottom teeth and it looked horrible! Other dentists could not believe how bad it looked. It didn't match from the moment that he put it in and he never offered to fix it despite my total dissatisfaction. Also, the crown that he put in two years ago due to a botched filling/ root canal was bad and the tooth cracked anyway. I have had to spend an additional 10K on implants to fix these two teeth on top of what I already spent at his office ( 6K). I will never go back there again! Laraine, however, was very nice and so was Paula the hygienist.
