I'd rather have an unsupervised dental student work on my teeth than Dr. Norouzi. The student would probably do a better job.

About Hygienist: Did not do a good, thorough, job either, as I had to have scaling when I finally went to another dentist

Hygiene time: 1/2 hour with 3 hours wait.

Well, for starters there was a cockroach in the bathroom at her office. Dr. Guilan Norouzi is highly unethical. Do an internet search on "Guilan Norouzi death" and you'll find out about the patient who died in her care. Dr. Norouzi had a suspended license because of this and is on probation for several years. Dr. Norouzi's main objective is to make a lot of money off her patients by overcharging and giving substandard care. You have been warned! Dr. Norouzi is a thug and highly unethical. Dr. Norouzi should have her license permanently suspended. Do your research on Dr. Norouzi. See the truth for yourself.

I had invisalign. I was not impressd. Still slight overbite. Dr. was not present for over 70 percent of the treatment. There were long waits in the office. For example I had an appointment today at 100pm but its 140pm and I havent seen the doctor.

About Front Desk: Overall the front desk staff is not courteous and can be rude at time. Stephanine has improved much.

My spouse always told me this dentist was charging me too much. I think that the dentist misled me in the past about why I should get the expensive treatments she recommended. I believed her, taking a out a dental loan for thousands of dollars to pay her for her work on me. I admit to being naive and gullible. The work had to be redone (done for free). I finally went to another dentist, 3 years too late, and my copay was not 3000$ to 6000$ as was quoted to me by her (in my view) overly syrupy employee, but 173 $ for my current dental work. My new dentist seemed puzzled by the work Dr Norouzi had already done. I could tell by his expression and what he said (although he was not saying overtly that she was bad). He probably thought I was duped, and I was. I suppose, since she thought I had the money, she thought I would pay for any costly treatment she proposed, Well, I stupidly did for too long before I finally got that last huge price quote. Every time I went there, I would spend hours seated in a chair, and she would finally come in after her dental assistant did much of the work. I was uncomfortable with that. One temp. veneer the assistant put on fell off later. My current dentist finished on time and did it himself.

About Hygienist: Nice hygenists, and coped with my ill temper well. I was often upset due to the loan I was still paying off and feeling more and more duped. One of the hygenists is "too sweet", suggesting a facade of friendliness. I did not believe her facade after the first visit. IMHO, the acting should be worked on more. Perhaps some classes in No County are available. They do a good job of cleaning.
