Ripoff....does work you don't need...or did not even do. Office manager goes over an album of pictures saying the before and afters were the deceiving..incompetent..dentists OWN work. Real nice and when you. express your dissatisfaction...all their insincere caring turns to down right rude and refuses adamantly to correct. This dentist and her staff need to return home. Only competent was oral hygenist..Jan...that is if she is still there. Gal that did impression...fitting..no longer there.. Dentist said because she came in late...if true...very unprofessional to say. She screws patient..her own employees and big time rip off to insurance companies.......BEWARE....they are not the kind...caring...8ndividuals they seem. All they want is your insurance and copay and stand behind NOTHING....I could go on and on....however this whole ordeal has taken a toll on my physical and mental well being.

Dr. Anisimova is the best dentist in my life. No pain at all during the the whole treatment. Her anesthesia is the best too.She always ask me if I am ok during the process of my treatment, she gave me breaks anyway and I got my crown in just one appointment, she is awesome !!!!

Do not use this dentist. She is a joke of a dentist, and person. My family paid $2,000 plus for services that were not done correctly, and caused possible permanent damage in areas that never should have occurred. This office, including the Hispanic (I'm assuming/who knows) woman who handles the finances, will be nice to you until you pay. I had one scheduling conflict, and they couldn't reschedule me for 2 MONTHS after having taken payment. Why were they so able to fit me in at first? They just want the money. They do not care about the patient. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY STEER CLEAR OF THIS DENTIST. She is very heavy handed with the drill and numbing agents. She shot my lower left jaw with numbing agent and actually hit the nerve- the whole left side of my face was ridiculously numb ,including my eye. I couldn't close my left eye in sleep for months after this. It's finally now getting better. They told me I would be getting that side cleaned after she fixed the cavities, actually they meant to come in another day, which is why I don't understand why she used so much to get me numb considering I wasn't even having my cleaning that day like how they had said. Not to mention again, she is not aware of the sensitive nerves i

About Hygienist: in the face to be avoided. I actually think she did it on purpose. no one will be ugly like her though!! Trust me when I say this. Also, after treatment, I noticed a perfect circle sized "fleck" (indentation) directly in the middle of my front right tooth. This was not there before, and it looks as if it was caused by some sort of drill or instrument. Was there a cavity there? No. She just wanted to try to make me ugly like her, again! I now have a little hole in my front right tooth, direct center, for no reason, only because she is a sloppy slob. I asked her to fix it, and she stuck a tool in the small perfect circled hole, dug around (probably caused it to be more indented) and said "it couldn't be fixed". Maybe she should avoid making mistakes that can't be fixed. Trust me when I say I will not walk about with a tiny bullet hole in the middle of my front right tooth the rest of my life! She barely speaks English, and did promise me a partial refund... She said, "sorry for hurting you". Turns out, this "refund" became a "one time free cleaning to be used in the next 30 days", although at the bottomof that letter, it also said to get my teeth cleaned within the next 4 months. Why would I need my teeth cleaned within the next 30 days, after just having them cleaned, when really,I needed (or would have appreciated) a partial refund to perhaps help pay for the eye doctor I needed to see BECAUSE OF HER as well as a new dentist to fix the fleck in my tooth, again, that was CAUSED BY HER. THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She promised me a partial refund to my face, even questioning me "is this about the money?" In which is responded, "Of course not! I just have to see many other doctors because of the damages you caused! Also it would make me feel better as you would be accepting some sort of responsibility for your poor work!" All she had to do was follow through on her word of reimbursing us for her careless mistakes, but instead, I am told by this rude Hispanic on the phone that "Oh (my name), you know you're lying." She referred to how upset I was as a "treat". These people are sickening. IMMEDIATELY AFTER SHE SHOT MY JAW AND HIT THE NERVE I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT MY EYE. THEY NEVER ONCE SAID TO LOOK OUT FOR LAGOPHTHALMOS OR TO GET IT CHECKED OUT. I HAD TO LEARN ON MY OWN, WITH MY EYE BEING SO DRY AND NOT CLOSING AT NIGHT. It is my recommendation that anyone perhaps seek out a Jewish Dentist, or anyone besides this joke Angelina Anisimova. She is a heavy handed cow.

The docotr is okay, i think. The receptionist at the desk is very rude. I had to call few times for appointment related questions, she is not pleasant at all. When you work with patient, you need to have very friendly voice, instead of this rude one.

This Dentist is AWESOME! Great office....Top of the line equipment. Detailed treatment plans.
