Staff especially office manager was rude. I felt like a number. They were very concerned with my insurance payments and gavecmme an estimated cost of $20k. Dr Harris was nice but she also continued to show me all of her high-profile clients that she saw and gave me a very expensive estimated cost I was also very upset because when I had my teeth cleaned she never looked at my teeth are reviewed my teeth to see if her dental assistant I cleaned my teeth correctly and I feel like it was the worst cleaning I had ever received

Dr Harris was originally my husband's dentist and I transferred to her because he spoke so highly of her and I wasn't completely happy with mine. He was right. I have had 4 dentists before her and was never quite trusting of them or their work, but dr Harris is a completely different story. She really knows what she is doing, her facility is great, relaxing, brand new everything and she seems to have surrounded herself with knowledgeable technicians. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone, I am just so happy to have found her AND she is within walking distance from our house!

Dr. Harris is an excellent dentist whose new office on Locust is beautiful. She wants to make your mouth absolutely perfect, which can be a little overwhelming, but it's a testament to her excellent service. She has monitors above every chair to watch tv, dvds, or headphones for your music. The biggest drawback to her service is the cost. The office is also located in St. Louis city, which means the reasonable cost level for procedures is much lower than a dentist in west county. Regardless, her services always leave a remainder I have to pay weeks later. She is very thorough, and professional. The receptionists can be overbearing and high-pressure in certain situations, and they enforce portion pre-payment if your appointment is over 1 hour.

Extremely expensive. Dr. Harris seems to recommend work done when not necessary. When I received a second opinion I was told her assesments were overly aggressive.
I have been pleased with all the work that was done so far. One of my major dislikes is her pushy staff. Receptionist is pushy beyond belief.
