He is the best oral surgeon i have ever had. He did a fabulous job with my wisdom teeth removal! I would highly recommend him to any other patients out there. Such a caring, helpful, honest dental doctor!!!!!

Over the past few years Dr. Matt Dillard has removed three of my third molars and treated my wife for a dental condition. Dr. Dillard and his "crew" are friendly, professional and most of all compassionate. We followed him to his beautiful new office in West Ashley. Having been an oral surgery technician in the Navy years ago I feel somewhat qualified in saying that Dr. Dillard is the very best in his field. We would go nowhere else.

Went in for simple tooth extraction. Opted for 'laughing gas' which I could not tolerate. Cost $80.00 . Lost a crown from another tooth in the process. Will have to pay to have it replaced by another DDS. Badly bruised jaw on the outside and can not stand any pressure on that side of my face like sleeping. I felt they were extremely rough and insensive. Cost $300.00. I will not go back. There has to be a better service. Cost does not include having my crown replaced or other issues from the surgery.

Dr. Dillard did my Zimmer Implant a few weeks ago. He did a great job. I chose local vs. being put to sleep. My pain level was very low, during the procedure and 24 hours after the implantation. It was only sore the night of and the next morning. I feel this was due to his technique and soft touch. His staff, Whitney and Terri, do a wonderful job making you feel comfortable when you might not be. He also is doing these implants for $1000 for the first year since his private practice opened. I don't know about insurance help as I paid cash. The discount may only apply to cash customers, ask Whitney; she will know. I would highly reccomend this surgeon and his facility.
