My grandson is 5 year old patient waited 1 hour+ for diagnostic appt. Parents not allowed past waiting room. NPOd at midnight for sedation kept waiting 2+ hours past apt time. Staff did not see child til afternoon. Again, no parent allowed past waiting room. Is that even LEGAL??? Protect your child. Find another dentist.
About Front Desk: cold and disinterested. Front desk staff gave diagnosis/prognosis/treatment plan. We never met the dentist. Could not even tell you what he looks like. We will not be back. This is insane.

Some the nurses have smart mouths and the wait time is crazy I sat there for over 2 hours for my child when I asked how much longer she said just like a doctors office you have to wait. I'm not satisfied at all this so called business. My children will be taken elsewhere from now on
