The Cleaning and xrays were done professionally by a dental hygienist. She was great. However I received a bill for $234.00 after that and I have 2 dental insurances that they have on hand in their office. I am unhappy that they did not follow the procedure for billing my insurance instead of me. I have tried to call. They do not have a messaging system to take messages. Very hard to get anyone on the phone. My credit is excellent. I do not appreciate being billed for something that should have been taken of in house in their billing office.
