I have always had good visits and a good relationship with Dr Patel. Never in the 10+ years I have been going to him has there been an issue following any visit.
Dr Patel has always been very friendly and open about any dental issues. All procedures I have had have gone smoothly, and never with a problem or complaint afterwards.
I have been always pleased with the service I get, and can recommend him.

Went there for 2nd opinion.. No charge consult. Very pleased with the way he explained my condition to me. And showing me with pictures was even better.

I strong recommend against going to Dr Shailesh Patel. I experienced long waiting period. The staff and doctor is rude. I was also overcharged for the services. And though the insurance company has already paid the doctor and I am owed a refund, its now over 1 year and inspite of multiple reminders I have not received a response to my voicemails and emails and have not been refunded the excess amount paid.

I had a crown installed on a molar in 2003. I had to return 4 times to have it filed down so that it was comfortable. At my next checkup I decided to go elsewhere. The crown was described by an accomplished oral surgeon as one of the worst ever seen. Dr. Patel was a true novice and never should have taken the job on...he has NO ARTISTIC talent at ALL! He refusedd to redo or compensate me for his shotty work and he and his wife took a very"Indian approach" to doing business and refusing any responsibilities for the hassles...9 years later the crown fell completely off and I have permanently moved abroad where I'll need to pay 100% for dental care. Don't waste your time with this guy...although he has great ultrasonic equipment for cleaning...you can find those elsewhere and leave this scheister what he deserves...nothing!

terrible office and staff.....very sexist. staff is rude and it is hard to make appointments for a busy family

I have had cleanings, fillings, etc done at this office. You are never left waiting in the waiting room. They are very respectful of busy schedules, and I have no complaints at all about them.
About Hygienist: Jenny is extremely friendly and very thorough. She takes a lot of time to make sure your mouth is fully clean. She has been the one to identify a few issues that I did have and told Dr. Patel about them before he ever got a chance to look at me.
