My entire family goes to this practice and everyone loves it. We have also referred several friends and coworkers. The staff just has a way of making you feel comfortable in what can be a stressful environment.

Dr Caffey-Earle did a great job on my tooth. I was having pain last week and they got me in right away. I needed a crown and they got me fixed up. Staff was helpful.

Terrible job. Still having discomfort on two crowns she did. Do not recommend Dr. Christy Caffey Earle - go there at your own risk.

This is the worst dentist. Replaced a crown and I have had problems ever since. Went to a second opinion dentist, who said it should be replaced. Dr. Christy Caffey Earle refused and told me to go elsewhere. She said I needed a root canal, which I did get and that was not the issue. More than a year later, it still gives me problems. Dr. Caffey Earle told me to get someone else to replace it, but I can't, my insurance and I have already paid her a high price. What kind of terrible dental service is this? Rude and she does not have the welfare of the patient in mind.

They RUINED my tooth and were extremely unhelpful in all future communication of my attempts to fix it. I went in for a small filling for a back tooth that previously had felt perfectly fine. After the filling, my tooth was sore and then it kept aching - for weeks, making chewing anything on that side unbearable. I went back in and all they said they could do was a "take a look at it." After only 5 minutes of face time, they said it would be all fixed. Well, it's been two months, and I still can't chew anything on that side. Another doctor took x-rays and discovered the filling was sloppily done, leaving a piece of the filling hanging down near my gum. I am now having to get the filling replaced by a better DDS (which I'm having to pay for AGAIN, as Caffey won't refund me the charges from their poor work). The new DDS has warned that the tooth damage caused by Caffey's mistake might even require a crown or root canal, all of which I'd have to pay for of course. Do NOT go here.

My family and I have been going to Caffey-Earle every since they opened their doors. In the last 6 months, the customer service has been appalling. I received a bill for $25 for a "missed visit" for one of my children. I, nor my husband, made the appointment. My husband and I both called and spoke to the billing department. They had a MAJOR attitude, and did not care that we did not make the appointment. They also could not tell us who made the appointment. Every question we had was answered with an "I don't know." The fact that we had four members of our family that have been patients forever, and the fact that we had never cancelled nor been late to an appointment didn't matter. The $25 was owed...and not only that, was a threat to send it to a bill collector was added to it. I do not mind paying $25 when I owe it, however, no one made the appointment. When my husband went into the office to pay the fee and terminate our relationship them, he was told that both kids had appointments this month. WOW! We never made those appointments. Apparently, they automatically set up your childrens dental cleaning appointments without your knowledge. They call to advise you of the appointment on your telephone, and when they receive no response, they charge you for the missed appointment. My husband and I have never scheduled our kid's appointments during school or our work hours. We always need later appointments. BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST. Unfortunately, a good dentist lost four patients today over a $25 descrepancy.....UNREAL.
