I needed a dentist to repair a broken filling and I went to see Dr. Dyer based on good reviews here and elsewhere on the internet. I was glad I did. This is the first dentist I've been to that can be described as truly painless. He is very low-key and personable, and the procedure was done quickly and competently. It's been quite a while since I had a full check up, so I scheduled that as well. Luckily, there was a cancellation, so I was able to get in right away. They scheduled a cleaning for the same time. The check-up was thorough, and I got recommendations for additional work, but no pressure to do anything right away. I like the facilities - they are tasteful and modern, and there are TVs in every exam room.
About Hygienist: Very friendly and thorough. Has a nice gentle touch.

Wonderful personality, gentle and caring towards his patients. I was looking for a good dentist for myself, spouse, and 3 children and lucked out on calling Dr. Dyer. Staff is also amazing. They got me in before I was even a new patient for an emergency procedure within 24 hours. He is very personal and talks about his own family, and tries to avoid any discomfort for his patients. I have already recommended and will continue Dr. Dyer.
About Hygienist: Cee Cee was one, can't remember the other's name but both were excellent, very pleasant, and thorough. Very nice and clean and considerate.

This dentist was excellent, first class! Everything in the office is digital - they take the x-rays in your chair, then project them onto the TV while he sits there and analyzes your teeth, telling you exactly where you can make improvements. Also, while getting your prophylaxis exam, you can sit there and watch cable TV! Cost is reasonable. All of the hygenists there are excellent, very kind and gentle. What's even better is they charge you right at the office - they take your insurance information, plug it into the computer, and they then give you an estimate of what your visit is going to cost (after deductibles, co-pays, etc.). And the estimate is exactly what you will pay upon your claim to the insurance company. So no bills or reimbursement checks are sent to your house.

Dr. Dyer's office staff is the most professional group of individual I have dealt with in terms of their customer service, individual attention, friendliness, and courtesy. They treat you with respect and dignity. The office is very comfortable, from the waiting room to the dentist chair. They have state of the art equipment throughout. The staff, including the doctor, is regularly certified in the new technologies as well as dental protocols and methodologies. They are on top of the insurance requirements and go the extra yard to call the company to make sure that the treatment plan is covered properly. The Doctor is very personable. He is very good at communicating what you need and what he thinks is the best treatment. He asks questions and listens carefully to what you say. This is a first class operation. The only negative, unfortunately, is that the fees are high, as least in my opinion.

Dyer is okay; hygenist is great. Customer service with front desk is poor. They are uninformed on insurance coverages and charge you to get your money up front. Very unprofessional.

Dr Dyer seems nice. Hygenists are nice. Front office and management are not very knowledgeable on customer service or insurance. Customer service very poor.

I love the tv's you can watch while getting your teeth worked on and how you can watch the x-rays come up on the screen as they take them. They have always been on-time for me do a great job of making your visit efficient.

I had an abessed tooth and was in a lot of pain and dr. dyers staff told me I could not be seen for 6 day! I was put on a waiting list and not called I went to another dentist!!!

I had a tooth ache over the weekend. I couldn't take heavy pain medication because I was pregnant, on a Sunday around noon I called Dr. Dyer just hours before a business trip I had to Atlanta. Dr. Dyer returned my call right away, and opened his office just to take care of me! He is an awesome person and doctor. He really cares for his patients. He found out that I needed to have some root canal work done due to an infection I had, so he started right away. His staff setup an appointment for the next day after I came back from my trip. His staff is awesome and very sweet. I highly recommend Dr. Dyer!
