Have been with Dr. Griffin for over 20 years. Always pleasant, explains exactly what he is seeing and needs to be done. Does not suggest any procedures except what is needed to keep your teeth healthy. Does not over book patients when scheduling. Has had some staff turn over but that was due to retiring situations. Current staff pleasant & seem to be happy in their jobs. Have never heard him speak an ill word towards patient or staff.

very thorough, explains things very well. Work is great and they are patient with you.. The entire office are great folks to chat with...i have been a customer for at least 20 years

Horrible Dentist, called my wife a "bitch" to his assistant and then double billed our insurance.

About Front Desk: Most of this staff is really nice but your crazy if you go there because the doctor is an egotistical butt hole

Dr. Griffin is great! When my old dentist kept ripping me off, he took me as a new patient and I never went back. I have referred alot of friends to him and he's great!

I have been very impressed with his candor and "chair-side" manner :-) As a young adult, he has always treated me with respect and explained the extensive work I have had done (being that I have not always had the best dental hygeine). It also was failrly priced. He has done two root canals for me and one extraction.

About Hygienist: Between the two main hygenists, one is always pleasant and I like her a lot. She is also very patient. The other seems to not be as people oriented and I prefer not to get her, however she does do a good job. She sometimes seems to take it personally (negativley) when you have not been cleaning/flossing as you should and comes over as fussy. But overall, they are both good.

Steve Griffin is an excellent dentist. I would recommend him for all general dentistry without hesitation. He is up-to-date, knowledgeable and very friendly -- a great chair-side manner. His staff is also professional and friendly. they put you at ease.

Dr. Griffin is a very talented Dentist. His practice has a small town feel in a big city. He has a very warm relationship with his clients.
