I purchased two groupons that included xray exam in the 1st visit w/ a followup visit for cleaning and zoom whitening. One was for myself the other for a friend whom went with me for the procedures. My experice was that Dr. Lemmons quickly wanted me to apply for "CareCredit" for $25,000 worth of work. I explained to him I didn't care for high interest loans and I believe in zero debt. I was willing to pay cash. He quickly become disinterested in me as a patient. I later found out through a documentarty that Dentist receive full pay through this type of process and the patient begins the high interest loan that day. This begs to ask -once the dentist has his money what is his incentive to do a thorough job. My friend was approached in the same manner "CareCredit" although the work he needed is far less extensive. Dr. Lemmons rudely excused us once he found out we weren't going to become a victim. We both returned several months later for the 2nd portion of the groupon. The cleaning. The hygienest only cleaned my uppers which I found odd and pointed out to her. She commented the bottoms are fine. My friends signed a waiver for zoom whitening. He noted whiteout on the form from 3 15mins to 2 and called them out on it.

About Front Desk: I overheard Dr. Lemmons speaking to the lady at the front desk. It may have been his wife. He said... " you know I did the numbers last night and if we have day's like yesteday 1 crown and several cleaning I would make 1.2 million dollars a year at only 42 weeks". hmmm buyer beware. I do not plan on another visit.

Dr. Lemmon's seems like a fairly decent guy, but he will soon lose patients due to his arrogant, discriminatory hygienist. Do not even attempt to receive dental care here if you are looking to feel at ease. She was highly rude, spoke down to me upon walking through the doors, spoke down and kept using an ill mannered tone toward my 3 year old daughter. I about flipped when she did that, but when she continued to sit on her throne and treat me like dirt, I finally lost it. Yes, the facility is like a spa. If you want to see a dentist based on the aesthetics of the facility, then yes, by all means, check Dr. Lemmons out. If you want to feel like a patient who is cared for, your concerns heard, and 'on the same page': then you had better get a second opinion. Maybe if you make a certain amount of $ they treat you better, but I left in tears and was treated as a low-life and inferior.

About Hygienist: She will be the root of his office falling to pieces. Behind every dentist has got to be an even greater team/hygienist and she is the worst person I've ever met in this industry!

Dr Lemmons is a nice dentist but did a terrible job on my crown. To start off with so many mistakes that happened. First, the initiial service took five hours when it should have been three. He put my temp crown on and suppose to get the permanent crown on in a couple of weeks. I had to come back at least four times for him to put my temp crown on becuase it kept on coming off. One time, my crown came off as soon as I got back to work from his office then I went back again and he finally put cement on which I didn't know until the last time my crown fell that he's been using glue!! Come on! Glue? This went on for 3 months because they did not get my permanent crown made as they promised. Over a year later my crown broke because it was drilled down so many times for adjustment because it tooks so long for them to get my permanent crown in and they want me to pay for the service because it was over 12 mos policy. I think that he should make an exception according to my situation since there were too many mistakes and obvious neglect on my situation.

5 months ago, I cracked a tooth which had to be removed. Dr. Lemmons took out the tooth and later put in an implant for my missing tooth. I was scared, so he did the procedures with IV sedation....I don't remember any of it, and there was no pain during or after the appointments. After a couple of months to heal, he just put a crown on my implant. WOW, it looks like I never lost my tooth and it feels great!! I highly recommend this office. BTW, my husband and I have been patients here for 22 years and always plan to be here.

I went to Dr. Lemmons as I was referred by a friend. I could not have had a worse experience. First they said that they would take my insurance and after they did a new patient exam with x-rays they told me that I would have to pay for everything. I then called a couple of other dentist and the price that Dr. Lemmons charged was double the amount that most people charged. Six months later it was time for a cleaning so I chose another dentist. I asked Dr. Lemmons office to send my x-rays and they said I had to pay $25. I paid the money but they NEVER sent the records, even after several phone calls to them. I would not reccomend this doctor to anyone.

I haven't been a patient of Dr. Lemmons long and I had a dental emergency to the point I was curled up in pain at 8:00 at night. I called him at home and he met me and my husband at the office in less than 30 minutes of calling. He made me his first patient the next morning and now I am just fine. I couldn't have gotten through the night that night without having him get me out of pain. Since then, I have met all of the staff and they are all sooo caring and concerned for there patients. I have talked to other patients in the waiting room and I know now that I have found a dentist I will stay with. Besides that, they do IV sedation and I am a big scarety-cat. I can go to my appointments without worrying all night before I get there. I highlly recommend this office!!

Dr. Lemmons is rude and condescending to his staff. He did not communicate well at all during various procedures...for example: not letting pt know how long something would last, explaining what he is doing, warning before something is going to be uncomfortable, etc.. He is impersonal and has no bedside manner. I saw him on several occasions hoping things would improve, but they did not. His dental hygienist is kind and thorough. His secretary is pushy and often assists him with procedures and does not seem to have any training.
