Wow! Dr. Ashley's office knocked my socks off! She was so caring and answered all of my questions. This place has blankets, heated neckwraps, sunglasses, AND you get to choose the music you want to listen to! I wish I would have found her sooner! So happy! I plan to refer all of my friends and family to her!

About Front Desk: They had my insurance information ready to go and they filed it for this visit. They also gave me a treatment plan so I would know the cost of my fillings. And they are super funny!

Hygiene rating:

About Hygienist: Sandra cleaned my teeth today and was wonderful. So friendly, light hands, and I left with sparkling teeth!

I know this doctor: New patient

Not the dentist for busy schedules- They are supposed to call two days before to confirm appt. I did not receive this call, though the employee says she called and left a message that did not show up in my voicemail. The next day they called while I was in class- left a message to call by noon- which I did not get until 3:45. I called them back and they had already canceled my appt. and given it to someone else. I find it unprofessional to expect a call back within several hours in the middle of a workday, especially after they had cancelled my first appt. and rescheduled once already. The only consolation they could offer was to reschedule me for 20 days later. If I agreed to this my appt. would have been delayed almost 2 months from when I originally tried to schedule it. The policy is an efficient idea taken to a totalitarian extreme. It seems that when a medical office strives for 100% efficient time use the compassion and flexibility goes out the window. I'm sure that this policy is great for the profit of the business but has been a big disappointment for this former customer who thought I had found my dentist for life. Good dentist if you have a totally open schedule. Its an uncompromising unforgiving policy-beware
