I've been a patient at this office for 10 months. While Dr. Brassington seems fairly talented, he has the worst office staff I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with - in fact, if I had the opportunity to change offices mid-treatment, I gladly would have to avoid having to deal with them. Every single staff member seems to have an attitude that patient needs are not only unimportant, but that we should be thanking them for the privledge of spending our money. They've lost payments, didn't follow instructions given by the Dr., are not flexible with any scheduling needs and in general failed to meet any and every expectation I had. They get an "F" in my book. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
