I have been a patient of Dr. Rich for over 20 years and will continue to be as long as he is practicing. I find Dr. Rich and staff to be very warm and friendly,helpful and knowledgeable with submitting and explaining my insurance ,completing excellent dentistry in a prompt manner for much more reasonable fees than friends seem to be paying. Dr. Rich is very knowledgeable and up to date with cutting edge dentistry. I have and will continue to recommend Dr Rich's office.

Dr. Rich always seemed to really drag out treatments over several visits, alwys laid his tools on my chest on the bib which I did not know was normal until going to other dentists, some of the descriptions that would show up on my bills for precedures did not match what was actually done to my teeth.

I know this doctor: 15 yrs.
