She absolutely ruined two of my crowns and caused a great deal of pain doing it and didn’t care. Also tried to charge an additional 400.00. In her Kinnelon office. Horrible experience. Run away and don’t look back.

About Front Desk: Gave me a price based on checking with my insurance. Proceeded to charge me 400.00 after the bill was paid in full.

Horrible. It's all about the money for this one. She ruined a perfectly good crown leaving it with a black mark and I was told not to worry about it because it wasn't visible and it had to be that way. She altered the shape of a crown (without my consent) because she didn't like it and this was after she had to reorder the one that came in the wrong color. She filed a tooth that didn't need to be filed and charged me for it! I was told that my insurance would cover everything, it didn't & she slapped me with a bill for several hundred dollars on top of the several hundred I paid and on top of what insurance covered. Very rough hand. I wish I had read ALL reviews. I wish I had never let her start the process. The worst dental experience ever.

About Front Desk: Receptionist collects money before the service and bases it on what your insurance will cover. I was charged more than what I paid upfront and more than what insurance covered...by hundreds not just a few bucks.

Went for simple cleaning/exam & to get a simple permanent filling in a crown. It turned out to be more than one visit and a very bad dental experience for me.

About Hygienist: She is the hygienist and it is the quickest exam and cleaning in my life. No exam of the tongue or measurements of the gums, nothing but xrays (done by an assistant), a quick look then a polish.

very sloppy office staff rude...doctor was done in 5 mins with my total 6 mon check up...just about cleaned my teeth
