Esther is an amazing dental hygienist.
But since Dr.Ravon and his wife took over the practice , the office feels like a different place. Their main concern is billing and payments. After giving me the wrong procedure, a veneer instead of a crown, I had to make numerous office visits to rectify the problem. The dental issue was resolved but the insurance issues never were.
The temporary veneer broke while I was in Paris, and the permanent veneer that the dentist placed, never held.
To make matters worse, the office first billed the procedure to an insurance carrier I was no longer with. When they finally billed the proper company, they billed the wrong date. After numerous calls and letters. the situation was never rectified.So I ended up having to pay for a bill that should have been covered by my insurance company.
In fact, they tried to talk me into having two veneers placed in my mouth , after my initial consultation over the problem. Thank god I decided to do one at a time. Because when I consulted the original dentist, who was in the process of retiring,Dr.Carrie Schwartz, he said I indeed needed a crown and a filling, no veneers at all. At that point I knew I could not trust the dentists taking over the practice

Dr. Ravon is an exceptional surgeon. He is very attentive and has great attention to detail. He answered all my questions with patience and concern.
I would highly recommend him for your Dental Implant Treatment.
