I would not wish this doctor upon even my worst enemies. He is uncaring and unethical. I went to him to have my 8 year old son's 4 baby teeth extracted to prepare him for braces. I advised his staff and him that my son's primary dentist recommended he be sedated for the procedure in his best interest. Dr. Levin said he would do IV sedation. The doctor did not follow the agreed upon course of treatment for IV sedation nor did he even have the courtesy to tell me after the procedure was done. He and his staff were going to let me leave without knowing and having already paid extra for the sedation that WAS NOT done. I only found out when my sobbing son told me that the whole procedure hurt so much and after I questioned my son further. The doctor lied to me and said he didn't think my son was in pain during the procedure. My son told me he actually told the doctor during the procedure that he was in pain. My son is now totally traumatized by seeing Dr. Levin where as before he was able to go to do dentist with no anxiety. My son has told me repeatedly that the day he saw Dr. Levin was the "WORST day of this life". All of this could have been prevented if Dr. Levin had done the legal and ethical right thing.
