This Family Dentistry is the best! Dr. Narra and her team are well versed in their respective areas. They are educational towards your individual needs, kind, caring & want to make sure every patient is treated like a close friend. When I had to get the dreaded "Novacane", I was assured by the dental hygienist that Dr. Narra is the best at administering the procedure and I would not feel it. Of course we all know that is impossible however now I know it's possible since I didn't feel it! After sharing this great news with my husband (which of course he couldn't believe) he needed to visit Dr. Narra for some major dental work that required the dreaded needle and guess what he came home saying? "It didn't hurt!" It is wonderful having a dentistry where you love the dentist & every staff member!

About Front Desk: Tisha is very knowledgeable in all her duties on the front desk. Tisha is polite, informative & always helpful with insurance questions or making appts to meet your schedule.

Dr Narra and her staff truly care about their patients. We wouldn't go anywhere else. My 90 year old father was treated with such care and compassion, I will never forget it.

Dr. Narra is great. She explained everything in detail and was very gentle & kind. I had one crown done with her & need a few more, as well as some fillings. She & all the staff have been so kind & accommodating of my busy work schedule. I'm a chicken when it comes to dental work & they have made it such a positive experience! 5 stars for sure!

I was very pleased with the dentist and the staff. I had to have a root canel. They found someone right away and then I had the crown put on in their office . They made me feel like it was all about me. Thank you Ladies.

About Front Desk: If i remember correctly it was Jen. She had what my insurance would cover and what my response ability before I asked.

Dr. Narra is extremely professional, kind and caring. She recently recommended I renew a crown as she was concerned that bacteria may have compromised the tooth because the crown was ill fitting and had a gap. This is an expensive procedure and I hesitated, but I chose to trust her instincts and am so glad I did! My tooth was, indeed, compromised and she has saved me the loss of that tooth. Dr. Narra was very efficient throughout the procedure. It is clear that the office staff are very happy working with her which makes for a good environment. I highly recommend Dr. Narra. Her assistant, Christal, is also a gem!

About Front Desk: Jennifer is very pleasant and highly efficient. I have never encountered a problem with any member of staff and have always been treated with respect and friendliness.

Dr. Narra is a great dentist! In the past, I had dental work that was subpar. She was able to find the bad fillings and crowns and redo them to make them much more comfortable and esthetically pleasing. I am much happier with my smile, not only in the way it looks, but in the way it feels. I can finally eat hot and cold foods/drinks without pain. Their staff is also awesome! I always feel like I am the only patient in the office. They are always interested in what is going on with my family and feel like true friends. They make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions before I have a chance to ask them. Dr. Narra and Crystal work very well together and make the work go very quickly and with minimal pain. I am glad I found such a good dentist for myself and my family.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff members are very pleasant. They always make sure that I have a time set up that is convenient for my next visit. I like the email and phone reminders to make sure I do not forget about my appointments. I also like that they can tell me what my insurance will cover and what the anticipated expenses will be while I am at the office.

About Hygienist: Becky is great. She does a great job of cleaning my teeth with little discomfort and is very quick. She is extremely friendly and is always concerned with my comfort while she is cleaning my teeth.
