I went in for a routine cleaning, and that was my first visit to this Bellevue office. (used to go to their Lynnwood office before I moved.) Dr. Kim told me that my gum line is below the average, so I needed a deep cleaning, so I re-schedule my appt on the following week, and it went flawlessly. I bled every time I brushed, and now it's much better, I can feel it. The cute goodie bag is also a big plus! :) The office is very modern, and they're bi-lingual which is one of the reasons why I chose this dentist. The insurance process went okay. Had no problem with that. Oh, and if you don't have insurance check out their in house dental plan, which I didn't really need it, but it will be a big plus to the uninsured. :D
