About Front Desk: Very professional and pleasant to patients.
About Hygienist: She is wonderful and has been with Dr. Henderson for many years. She is an asset to this office and possesses so much knowledge. The two compliment one another throughout treatment.

Although Dr. Henderson is an excellent dentist, I feel he and his office are not in compliance with dental insurance rates and reinbursements.
I paid up front for a procedure and my dental insurance paid the allowable charge. He has been paid twice and has not refunded my money. Until I contacted insurance company he would not and I feel still does not recognize that he can only charge his patients what insurance has contracted services for and that patient is not responsible for balance.
About Hygienist: Gossiping within hearing range of patients about other staff, uninformed about insurance.

Cosmetic procedure, changed my whole life, wish i had dne this years ago! Very little pain, my teeth are now beautiful, what a difference a great Dentist makes! Dr. Henderson is the Best!
