Dr. Holbrook and his team are VERY professional, welcoming, and thorough. I have had fillings, and crowns to replace broken teeth, and recommendations for general as well as specific dental treatments. He never tried to "sell" one treatment over another when he gave me options. I appreciate his gentle, straightforward manner.
About Front Desk: Excellent Customer Service! Staff can always find my records, give me a very accurate estimate of insurance coverage, and my out-of-pocket expenses.

I have never ever in my life received shots that hurt so bad! Never! There certainly was no call for him to shove the needles so far in that it nearly went in my nose cavity and he laughed. Then I get one piece of gauze and instructions to buy more at my pharmacy. Hello I am in pain and have to go chasing gauze. I am really afraid of this Dr.

Dr. Holbrook and his staff are the most professional, capable, and the nicest dental team anyone could ask for! They really make patients feel like members of the family. I know I am in the best of hands when I walk through the door. The office is impeccaby clean and sterile, and they have all of the state-of-the-art technology. They are kind and gentle, and I can tell they love what they do!
I will never see another dentist!! He gave me my smile back, and I am proud to say that he's MY dentist! :)
About Hygienist: My hygienist, Donna, is very nice, gentle, and knowledgeable! I actually look forward to my dental cleanings!

I had 6 fillings put in at one time! Now I'm not sure if they were necessary. I should have recieved a second opinion before having them done. He also recommended that I replace a tooth with an expensive implant that my insurance wouldn't cover ($4000.00). I went to another dentist who said that my tooth was stable and now it's lasted me another ten years! Thanks Dr. Miltenberger!!
