I have been a patient of Dr. Pacheco for a really long time. For the most part I always enjoyed his office. But recently had some treatment and was very unhappy. First he broke a root canal file in my tooth and never mentioned it. Finally after the tooth blowing up so many times and each time he gave me antibiotics to cover his mess, I went to see a root canal therapist to decided that this expensive tooth should be extracted. Pachecos lack of care and neglect was the reason for this loss. A very nice person but in all reality he should retire...Interesting that another friend who gets treated there mentioned each time shes gets her teeth cleaned she needs another crown...Really Pat please RETIRE!!!!!!!
About Front Desk: In my opinion his front staff Christine is likely the best and friendliest receptionist I have ever encountered. So sweet and always trying to accommodate....
