I only went to see Dr. Densley a couple of times for routine cleanings but I would never tell anyone to go to his office for anything if they have ACTUAL concerns about their oral hygiene. I'm not a picky or difficult patient. Doctors generally have to use no prodding to get me to do my patient-type duties. When I told Dr.Densley that I was feeling a lot of sensitivity in one of my molars, he asked if I'd ever had braces. I told him I thought the filling inside of it was no longer covering my tooth the way it should and I couldn't eat on it at all. He took half a second to look in my mouth and told me to go buy Sensodyne toothpaste and that I'd be fine. I tried explaining to him that I'd been having issues on and off with that tooth and explain why I felt that I should get another filling and halfway through my dialogue he just walked out the door and went to another patient. I understand that he has many patients and that he's been working as a dentist a long time but he gave me no time of day and lost a patient in as little time as it took him to walk out that door. FYI, the Sensodyne made my tooth even MORE sensitive and I went to a BETTER doctor who took half of a second to figure out that I DID need a new filling!

About Front Desk: Anna and the other front desk staff are cheery and helpful. They make sure you're greeted when you come in and answer any questions you might have. Dr. Densley could take MAJOR advice on how to deal with patients from them.

About Hygienist: Since I haven't been there in a while, I don't remember the hygienist's name but she was extremely pleasant. She had a beautiful chairsude manner and walked me through everything she was doing. She listened to my concerns about my teeth and assured me the doctor would take care of me. I wish SHE'D been the dentist instead of Dr. Densley. He should take pointers from his hygienists about how to deal with patients!

Great Dentist. I researched and decided on him. He is nice, explains things to you and does great work. I could probably be described as a "difficult" patient and Dr. Densley has such a nice calming way about him. He extracted all 10 of my upper teeth and inserted a denture right away. I kind of freaked because I did not like the denture and he fixed it and even sat with me a bit and talked to me. I know that I will be a patient of his for a very long time. I originally went to his Valley View office and had an issue with the receptionist, Emmy who was was pretty obnoxious and actually gave me and other patients wrong information. She was going around from room to room trying to dictate what dental work would be done while others waited in the waiting room. It was strange. It was so bad that I was walking out because I would not feel comfortable with Emmy handling my records. Dr Densley interceded, got right on his cell phone and called his Henderson office and scheduled an appointment for me. If you do go, I would recommend calling the Henderson office and talking with Anna and Lori. They are so nice, professional and an even deal with difficult patient like me. They fully explain what is going to happen and are super.
