I have seen ONLY Dr Fu for over a decade. She is the best dentist and I ONLY trust her. Her staff are like family, they make me feel so comfy, I do not even have to take xanax to go anymore (I used to always have to!)
About Front Desk: Honestly, everything was explained until I understood, the front desk woman was very kind, and warm. Professional and knows her stuff!

About Hygienist: Educated me about flossing which I never knew the correct way before and I am 37! VERY nice, cares a lot and I just love it there

Excellent! My son, my mother and I all go to Dr. Fu. We get our cleanings and exams done there. I have also gotten a bridge and a crown done by Dr. Fu. She is very competent and knowledgeable.

Poor quality work. Had to have it all torn out by another dentist and re-done from scratch. Fu's office charged ultra-premium expensive prices, too. Use with caution.

I went to her because people at my job talked highly about her. I had the worst experience EVER! i sat in the chair for 30min because the whole office staff was fighting and the doctor was no where to be found! it took forever for my crown to come in and it was HORRIBLE!!! it didnt fit and she told me she wanted to file my teeth!!! i told her no and she told me when this is the best she could do. its been 8months i just went to see a new doctor and now i need to replace the crown. it doesnt fit i have food and bacteria stuck between the tooth and my gums. my gums and purple and sore!! not to mention how painfull it was to get just a crown!!! !!!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fu's for 2 years. I just had temporary crowns put on and am now waiting 2 and 1/2 weeks for the permanent ones to come. In. During the initial proceduce, I was cut on the lip and upper chin twice. It took 5 days to heal. I still have pain in the area where my 2 crowns will eventually be. She did not seem remorseful in the least about my injury. I was upset, that the costs were not told to me up front. All I got in the mail was a letter saying my insurance would cover the procedure. I was upset at this and only agreed to pay half of what was owed until my crowns come in. She showed up late for the appointment. Rushed to give me novacaine, while she looked in on another patient. When she came back, she started to drill right away, not even asking if I was completely numb. I am not sure if I want her to be the dentist who puts on my crowns. When I asked about what money I would be discounted for my injury, I was met with sarcasm and contempt. I was told it was my responsibility to know how much the procedure would cost. I understand this. I know I was verbally abusive to them, because I had be cut. The office manager was late coming in. I deserve better treatment.

Very painful, had to go back for corrections, then more pain. I have been to good dentists, this is not one of them.

I had a very painful root canal done at Dr. Susan Fu. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone
