Good service, works with clients/patients. Personable. Knows what he is doing and hires staff that also know what they are doing. If a dentist works there and doesn't do great work, that person is GONE. Ditto staff. Over the years, I've had a few "emergencies" and they always manage to fit me in. They will work with insurance companies and do not try to tack on extra fees or do work that is not necessary, which is the case with other dentists.

I came in with an emergency and Dr. Liu and his staff were wonderful. I had to have two appointments and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule. They started a root canal which my dentist in NJ finished. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs a dentist, especially an out of town person.

I am a very satisfied patient of Dr. Liu. He and his staff are one of the best in Las Vegas. They treat you like family and from the moment you arrive to the time you leave you are kept smiling and feeling loved and cared for. I recommend this practice to everyone. The cost of my treatments were not unreasonable at all. Other dentists that I've been to are more expensive and gave me the impression that they are money hungry.

Dr.Liu has treated me and my family like his family for over ten years. When my mom had some dental problems, another office recommended over $30,000 of treatment. He was able to save several of the teeth and for less than one third the cost. His office staff is so friendly and efficient and he makes sure I am completely numb before doing any treatment. I'm so comfortable there and know that he is doing what is best for my dental health, not his interests. I have had several friends get treatment there to be corrected by Dr.Liu and he is so careful to make sure it is done right.

Terrible! No preventative care whatsoever. My family has been going to Dr. Liu for more than 10 years with regular check-ups every six months. You would think that with such regular check-ups, Dr. Liu would try to catch problems early on to fix them before they worsen. My father is currently trying to save several of his teeth after years of neglect under Dr. Liu's care.
Moreover, six months ago, my sister went for a regular check-up at Dr. Liu's office. She was told everything looked fine. Six months later, my sister decided to get her regular check-up at a REAL dentist, who found a cavity so severe that she may need a root canal at the ripe old age of 21!
In both cases, Dr. Liu should have undoubtedly caught these problems earlier before they became so severe that more intensive treatment is now necessary. Once or twice a family member (with no dental education or training) has even had to point out cavities that Dr. Liu had completely missed! Who is the patient and who is the dentist? There has been absolutely no in-depth doctor-patient dialogue. Only now that economy has worsened and because his office has been steadily losing patients has Dr. Liu been calling and suddenly recommending a slew of expensive treatments!
