One of Dr Ting's first patients when he opened the office but
his practice has expanded and grown so big that he no longer
visits the office or sees patients as per my experience. The
staff is careless and operation seems haphazard. Sad because
Dr Ting was a wonderful, caring person; as are the actual
dentists in his original office on Lake Mead in Summerlin. One
subordinate broke a drill bit in my jaw while performing a root
canal and one employee dropped an impression on the floor,
did the replacement while missing the upper teeth and I think got
it right the third try.

Dr. Ting himself is very caring, but the office manager Shanon is very rude, and does not care about the customer service. Waiting for over 4 hours to be seen and still get a rude service!!! The work that gets performed in this office, you have to get it done again, and again, and again and still have to come up with more money out of pocket. So she could have a job and a paycheck. They need better management and better customer care and service. Some of the lower end people are nice and caring. We have done crown work, and it has fallen off and now they want us to pay for it again!!!
About Hygienist: The Hygienist did not take the time to do the job right, We feel we were rushed and felt the teeth was not as cleaned as before. Jocylen did a very poor Job. She spent may be if not even less then 10 minutes, we asked are you sure you are done....??? "Oh Yeah, I am done". I feel we got cheated...

Dr. Ting and his staff are loving, caring and very sweet. They have your best interest at HEART. I love how they make you feel part of a family not a just a body in their chair. Their prices are very affordable and they are willing to work with you. Me and my entire family go there. I recommend Boston Dental to everyone.

Dr. Ting is very caring and takes his time with his patients .
I recently moved to LV from MI after having the same dentist there for 25 years. I have had problems before in MI with shots hitting nerves and mentioned it to Dr Ting. He took my mind off the shot, and said he would immediately stop the shot if I signaled him by raising my hand. His manner made me relax and things went well.
After the initial procedure was done and my temporary crowns were put on, Dr Ting called me at home in the evening to see how I was feeling.
My husband did not understand the new procedure they can do for his gum disease. Dr. Ting had no problem allowing him time to come back in to discuss it and then gave us his cell # if my husband had any more questions.

Dr. Ting is a very compotent dds but very poor skills with his customers. I continually tried to explain my history with him but he did not seem to have time to listen to me.
