Dr feldman was supposed to preform whitening on my daughter teeth but he had a patient in his chair and never explained it was going to be another hour. He called out from his office. Never face to face with his patient who was a 13 year old girl who was waiting and counting the days to her appt. He was RUDE < DISRESPECTFUL. I called when I was on the way to see why their address would not go through navigation they never mentioned one hour wait. Dr Feldman was so disrespectful . I would appreciate an apology for such a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.
About Front Desk: Dr Feldman was so rude , disrespectful in so many ways. He was one hour late for our apt and did not care. Never apoligized only reversed it and said I should not care if I have to wait. That it is alright to have my daughter sit and nobody say anything. We were looking forward for Dr Feldman to whiten my daughter teeth. We walked into office and it was a NIGHTMARE.

Dr. Feldman is a great dentist. He is patient, accommodating and pain free in his treatment methods. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone seeking excellent dental services at a reasonable cost.

I don't know where to begin. I have not stopped bragging about Dr. Feldman since I left his office one week ago. His staff, Batya, Jennifer and Victoria were very caring about fitting me into the schedule. They even scheduled me for a root canal on the same day of consultation if needed. Walking in, I was nervous, but as soon as Batya spoke in her soothing voice, I knew I would be fine. Dr. Feldman came in- most gentle, kind, funny and competent dentist Ive ever met. Definitely worth recommending to my family and friends and I'm picky with my mouth and teeth and who I let treat me.

I was looking for a dentist for some time and a coworker recommended Dr. Feldman. I'm big on customer service so I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted with such warmth and smiles at my initial visit. Batya is the best office manager!. I was a little nervous since I waited so long to see a dentist but Dr. Feldman put me at ease. He's funny, efficient and knows how to make you feel calm. I did not wait long and loved the results of my whitening. Normally it cost more than 350 for the whitening, but his prices are very reasonable and they are always willing to work with you and put you on a convenient payment plan if you don't have insurance. Love, love , love it here. definitely worth trying.
