The employees notified me after sitting at the office for 3hrs that they no longer accept my insurance. My insurance company states different. I was there for a consultation and when I asked for a new appt that's when suddenly the insurance is no longer accepted. Discrimination or just a mistake? Answer, I believe the receptionists are all unprofessional and bigots. Mind you they are Hispanic. I would expect better......unprofessional to say the least.

This place is a mill. They pack you in then hustle you from waiting room to x-ray room to dental chair where the dentist jockeys patients and leaves the assistants to make impressions. One assistant couldn't figure out how to keep the rubber from falling on the floor and after 4 times. The dentist gave improper fitting crowns which AN OTHER professional dentist showed me on the x-ray.I would only use this place for cleanings. I made and stern ands stern p p ointment for my 8 year old for 6pm. The text they sent said 630. I show up ands stern p p ointment 630 and hygienist is gone The fatty at the desks admits the text is wrong but isn't educated enough to verify the appointment herself.

About Front Desk: F ING AWEFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, RUDE. ALWAYS MAKING MISTAKES.

About Hygienist: Hygienist is awesome wish we could see her anywhere but here.

Filthy office, poorly managed staff. Always trying to sell you procedures that you may not need to charge you for expensive treatment. Always find this a BAD experience. NEVER GOING BACK!

About Hygienist: Don't know their names. Always different. Somethimes they make it painful. Always rough and mean.

I went in for a consult then one week later for a fitting for a dental bridge. The dentist, hygienist and finance person was very professional and courteous. The receptionists were a whole different story, they were rude, unprofessional and downright nasty. On my initial visit, there were two receptionists sitting at the desk eating lunch all spread out as though they were having a picnic. Any patient who dared to interrupt their meal time was waved-off with a "have a seat." On my second visit the behavior of those receptionists was equally sickening. There are far too many good dentists in the Bronx for me to subject myself to this type of behavior.

I don't know what it is with this dentist. I am a diabetic that smoked for 30 years or more, so my teeth are pretty bad. They is a lot of bone loss and dental decay. I go to this dentist, and before they even do x-rays, they start cleaning my teeth. I said, I have large amounts of bone loss and dental decay, don't you want to see what you/we are up against before you start picking and cleaning my teeth. Of course, I don't have to tell you, there was a lot of pain. I have very little dental material to protect the core of my teeth, I mean, even cold water hurts my teeth, and they began with the tools. Didn't make sense to me. But anyway, as opposed to checking and recommending a treatment, this dentist suggest that they remove all my teeth and I should get dentures. Cosmetically my teeth are fine, some are loose, due to bone loss, two are decayed. I would think that there is another plan of action for my malady. But that's what they suggested. I believe that, If I had great insurance, they would be more likely to suggest another course of action. One that would be beneficial for both or us. But unfortunately, my insurance sucks, but they want that money too. So they recommend full extraction, cause that's what the insurance cover

Their work was poorly done.. . I had 2 crowns and a bridge done, with in 3 years in fell apart. I went back to them for repairs and was told that i need all of the work re-done, meaning i would have to repay for all of this work.
