First, they screwed up my crown requiring me to make an additional visit. I worked out a payment plan with Adler, because what my insurance offered him was not enough for his greedy little hands. (I should have left, but needed to get the work done.) They made the charges I permitted, but I have been asking them for a Paid in Full receipt for, give or take, 3 months. I keep getting promises that they will send it, but 3 months has gone by and I am still waiting. This guy is a real bum,

About Front Desk: They are rude and pushy and are even worse on the phone.

Front desk:

My Experience: Crown

Duration: Way too long before I got in to see the so-called dentist.

I know this doctor: Got his name out of my dental insurance book and just went to him on a whim, I should have checked him out better.

I went to Dr Adler because he took my insurance. I had an infected tooth w/ a cap. He was overbooked and I had to wait for over 1/2 hour. I was in a lot of pain, and asked for a shot of Novocain. He gave me a shot, but the drilling still was painful, so I asked for another shot. I started to argue with me over it. I'm not sure what he did, but the pain continued. Then he replaced the cap, which came off within a few days. I went back numerous times to have it put back. Since then I changed dentists. No more problems. And, best of all no more pain.

The treatment itself is fast and good. Many doctors and they try to do as much as possible in one shot. Expect long waiting time though, sometimes very long. This is an effective place with very good pricing. The facility is clean, but not a spa :)

this office was very accomadating. the receptionists were very helpful in my dealings with the office. They were very patient while explaining my insurance benefits and how they offer payment plans that are painless to my wallet as well as my teeth

I came to Dr Adler Senior with a 1960's Phd.(terrorized with a blackboard jungle of toothlessness) in teeth neglect overdue for a make up-- Dr Adler with his sister and her staff successfully dealt with "me-us" (emotions) first--"and the real problem " that caused me to loose my smile by age 50-- What he & his family business did for both me and my wife (a Teacher from Singapore (suffering from pregnancy related deterioration & resultant pain) was to hear our pain-fears-- With that being said --he used common sense and gave us what we both needed to deal with the real crisis at hand-- That said --we now both proudly-humbly- have- our Crowned smiles-- Sadyly our dental delemna has passed on to our now 3 and 1/2 year old son who started life with (our) bad teeth-- Back to the Drawing Bd err dentist so to speak-- Keep on Keeping on Adler Family Dentists! We're coming back now -with and for -- lil al-- Al and Yaxiu PS I (& wife, a Bklyn Elem ed teacher--) sold my PHD in dental phobia/ Avoidance to a local atheist cult--still practising absention--doctrines Thanks Dr Robt Adler Sr, ya mom. son, sister & your family-- Oh the prophets? Well they'll be spread/passed on accordingly--within our family Trust
