The other people that said anything negative are the people that are never satisfied and don't appreciate the good in life when they see it. He's by far the most professional, skilled, friendly, hard working perfectionist of a doctor I have ever seen in my life. I've stuck with him for over 15 years and because of that, I'm still able to keep my original teeth rather than deleting them like most doctors resort to everywhere else. The dental procedures that he's done and told me that after 5 years, I would need to do further more thorough work after restoring broken teeth from a skateboarding accident, I went over 12 years without any issues and could have went 10 more. If he says I was good for 5 years before I may have needed to do a crown, I have always went more than double that time without any issues. I still drive nearly 60 miles each way just to go see him every week and pay over $50 in tolls with gas without a single complaint about his staff, office, service. I'm dreading the day he retires for fear of having to search for a new doctor after going to him for almost 20 years. He's never let me down, made mistakes or made me feel like how these other people are making him sound.

The most horrible experience ever. Rude employees who don't know how to work with people and absolutely have no respect for customers. Stuff in this office considers themself as bosses, doesn't give you to speak and consider you as a trash. If you want polite service and positive attitude, you need definitely choose another office. In addition, Lyudmila, the woman at reception told us that a price for treatment is $150. And when I said I'd call my insurance company to consult, she started screaming on me that I'm poor and cannot afford to pay $150 cash. She screamed and insulted my family and me, constantly repeating that we are poor and don't want to pay cash. My son, who is not even three years old, got scared and started to cry. It was very offensive; I believe that such behavior is unacceptable. By the way, I called the insurance company and they said that I don't need to pay entire cost, they will pay half.

Dr. Kugelev is a very meticulous and highly professional dentist. I did a lot of work with him. He is very experienced and details oriented. Unlike many other doctors he takes his time with every patient

This dentist is a very wonderful person. He is very meticulous with his work, and has a very calm and approachable demeanor. He performed a few root canals and sealed them up perfectly, even showing me the x-rays post op. I felt at ease after the first one. After that it was just smooth sailing. He is great!

I had the worst experience with this dentist. He performed re-treatment of a root canal. While knowing that the tooth was infected he sealed it immediately instead of proper treatment. It swelled next day. When I called his office and told about the problem, his office manager (!!) advised on the phone to wash my mouth with hot solution of salt -- no invitation to the office for a check-up. It got much worse over night. I went to his office next day: he insisted there was no mucus and advised to continue hot mouth wash and antibiotics intake. I had fever at 38.5 that night and the swell got even worse.
On the third day I went to his office again, with f ever -- and he again claimed there was no mucus and urged to continue with the treatment. After I left his office I felt so sick that my husband and myself had to seek an emergency assistance whit another dental office on the eve of the Thanksgiving. The other dentist immediately diagnosed a severe inflammation with mucus deposit and had to perform a minor surgery to let the mucus out. I was also advised that hot mouth wash was categorically prohibited as it fueled the inflammation. Only after the intervention by another doctor the situation stabilized and healing started.

Dr.Kugelev is a talented professional. All procedures are thought through and explained to the patient before the actual procedures. A few options usually recommended with cost-benefits point of view. Very convenient payment/insurance/billing, office is clean, well organized and efficient. Great communication in the office and by phone.

Mikhail is a good dentist, I went to him for several filings and he did a great job.. He has a pleasant demeanor and a calming way about him so that I wasn't a nervous wreck sitting in the chair. One thing I didn't like is the way he cleans teeth. He doesn't employ a dental hygienist and when I asked him for a cleaning he did an average job. ( so find a higienist to do the cleanings)
