Wonderful, Marvelous, I am terrified of the Dentist. For many years I only went when necessary. Then, I wanted the tooth pulled out so I didn't have to go back. Well, I'm 62 with very few (teeth) so two weeks ago I had my first root canal done. I have had hair weaves that were much more painful. The procedure was painless. Dr. Rafal chair side manner is top notch. He will make sure you understand what to expect every step of the way. He will take the time and care to make it a pain free experience.
P.S No more hair weaves!

I found Dr. Rafal to be sincere and interested in my own perceptions of my pains. He didn't assume what was pain and what was referred and he was agressive in obtaining the needed referral for the further surgeries I required at the time. His overall manner was pleasant and accomodating. I just was not thrilled about the area immediately surrounding his office, there are thuggish young people in the parking lot across the street. Worth it though as nothing untoward happened.

Has been my dentist for over 15 years, truly cares about his patients and is a pleasure to deal with, as is his staff. Never had an insurance problem or a treatment problem in all my years of seeing him.
