Very slow. Can't do a simple procedure. I wasted hours there for nothing. Money driven also. Would not recommend this horrible place.

About Front Desk: Annoying

About Hygienist: very unprofessional and talks way too much. No one is there for small talk with her.

He's a very good dentist. My entire family are his patients and I've referred him to numerous friends and coworkers whom are now his patients. The office is clean and he has a great staff!!

About Front Desk: This is one of the best things about his practice. Wonderful staff.

About Hygienist: Dr.Settecase does my cleaning because my gums are sensitive and I feel more comfortable with him.He doesn't mind at all .

My Experience: Crown

Duration: Came in as an emergency. In and out within an hour. Was able to get back to my job.

Went in to have toothache checked out. Took xray gave me antibiotics. I asked about pain he said take motrin. I was dubious but said ok. Several hours later the motrin hadn't worked and I was in excruciating pain. Frantic with pain called the office the message said they'd be there till 7p but at 6:15p they were gone and no one was answering the phone.

About Hygienist: Fast and rough. It definitely hurts. Good cleaning but not gentle.

Dr Settecase is a great dentist, I've always been afraid of the dentist and he makes me feel comfortable and at ease at my dental appointments. He has a great chair-side manners! I would definitely recommend his office.

Dr. Settecase is a gem! Would recommend to anyone hesitating to go to the dentist. He puts you completely at ease, has a gentle touch, and is quite thorough. The best part is the outcome of healthy teeth and gums! Dr. Settecase - smile when you say the name...and smile to show off a beautidul, healthy mouth!!!*****
