I chipped my tooth so I needed a dentist. Dr Jay and Staff were amazing. I got an appointment for the next day, and after a little bit my smile was back to normal. It was a great experience. I'm a big fan of Dr. Jay, you should check him out!

Dr. Jay Silverstein is a great dentist. He is very honest and explains all the options for any work that I have needed. He has been treating me for many years. All his work has been excellent and I feel very comfortable when I am at the office. He makes it pain free. I have recommended him many times, everyone has been happy, and his new office is really nice with very nice people working there.

Jay and his dad are good people and great dentists. I reccommend them to all my friends and they're still my friends! :D

About Hygienist: I've had several, all very competent. All thorough (sometimes you might wish they weren't but they do a great job!)

I would not recommend this dentist. Medically, I think he knows what he is doing. However, the office is a malpractice action waiting to happen. When I had my first exam, the dentist was more interested in the radio than me. He doesn't tell the patiently directly what is wrong. The secretary told me I had a cavity and had to come back in a month. A month later I come in, the dentist tells me that I was supposed to get a wisdom tooth pulled and I did not have a cavity. The secretary misread my chart, they admitted this is but did not apologize. Even though my wisdom tooth was supposed to be pulled a month ago and they told me I needed to get in pulled within the next 1-2 days, they then told me it would take 2 weeks to get a referral. My insurance co. said it only takes 2-4 days. The secretaries are also always fighting with each other (maybe that is why they misread my chart). The dentist also treats them badly in front of patients. Also, I heard them lie directly to patients. Once I heard them put a patient on hold, and tell each other that they had an appt. soon but decided they were going to tell the patient they did not have any appt. for 3 weeks.
