I took my 14yr old son for sealants. Another dentist, one of Dr. Schwartz associates, put on a pair of gloves, but then proceeds to adjust her chair & touch other things. I watched her and as she began to put her dirty gloves in his mouth. I stopped her and told her to put on a new pair of gloves. I should have walk out at that point.
Billing & Cutomer Sevice -- Horrendous & RUDE, RUDE RUDE. It's 2 YRS later & I'm getting bills under my husband's name that doesn't reference service date or any other details. The charge $35 + $5 late fee. After many attempts to try to get a person on the phone & not this annoying message on an answering machine, I finally got through to a Mrs. SCHWARTZ, that's right, the dentist's rude & obnoxiuos wife. I began to question her about this bill and when she told me it was some sort of co-pay for my son I told her I will pay $35. She yelled at me that I WILLl pay the $40 and that she doesn't have time to haggle with me because it's almost her lunch hour then just hung up!! Of course I called back and got the answering machine AGAIN. Needless to say I will never go back and wouldn't ever recommend them. My vet is more professional then these people.
