Dr. Tsai is a great dentist-skilled and personable. The receptionist, on the other hand, has an attitude, passes the buck because the owner, Dr. Mondshine, "makes the rules," lacks tact, talks over you and has an attitude. I also questioned the extra $187 I had to pay for a cleaning even with insurance. I used another dentist in the area with no such extra cost for the same service.
