He is the best dentist in the world. He has an amazing dentist with a lot of knowledge. He is kind and very fair. They even work on sundays and late at night. They have a very high tech office and their fees are reasonable.

I know this doctor: 3 years

It was a nightmare. First, wanted to do everything my insurance would cover, while he kept on telling me he was a full-service dentist who did not practice "assembly line" dentistry. Then did one thing when I had an appointment to do another. Billed my insurance company for work he didn't do. Took me months to untangle everything.

Don't be taken in by his friendly ways. He wants to do everything your insurance covers, but messes up the insurance submission so you have to pay a fortune or spend hours getting everything straightened out the insurance company (his office is now help). You make an appointment for one thing and he wants to do another.

Watch out. They try to talk you into doing everything your dental plan will pay for. They also cancel appointments at the last moment and will not return phone calls.

This dentis is a real salesman. On my first visit, he was already trying to sell me stufff.... The procedures he did were fine and they lasted. But he is extremely expensive. His staff is really bad as they mixed up some of my claims with my insurance company. His brother is the same.

He is very competent and a perfectionist. He is thorough, personable, and fills one with confidence. He explained all there needs to know about implants and showed my progress through digital xray and intraoral camera. He even accepted my payment plan.

Dr. Ganjian billed my insurance company for several procedures he did not do. (After my first visit, he billed for orthodontia, a dental appliance, and three veneers, none of which were done.) He also billed me in his brother's name (his brother was not a preferred dentist in the insurance group, so the costs for the work not done in the first place were twice or three times what they should have been .) I spent over 30 hours over two months of letters and phone calls to straighten this out. On a subsequent visit, he did "scaling" (a kind of deep cleaning) and charged me over $500. He also started to do veneer work when I was there for a crown, insisted on "finishing" one veneer which he had started, and then left the work on the crown unfinished. When I came back to have the crown work finished, I waited two hours, then was told by him that he couldn't do any more work until the insurance problems were solved. That is patient abandonment. The insurance company eventually got all of the money back from him, I believe. Check out the New York City civil court cases; he has three malpractice cases pending against him. He is lucky I didn't make it a fourth.

Went to Dr Ganjian for root canal and other work. Before the procedure he said everything would be covered and the deductible would be the only amount left. He knew the insurance plan and everything. Afterwards, he ended up charging thousands and the insurance wouldnt cover everything. Everyime we called him, he never returned phone calls.
