Dr. Gillen is a very good dentist, sadly he is also very nefarious and very greedy in his billing practices. I was a patient of his for like 25 years, my last visit with him was worse than a "mob hit" for getting fleeced. My reason for putting this post is because I was billed $575.00 to repair 2 simple chipped fillings that took less than 20 minutes, after paying the $575.00 in full and in cash for which I felt was grossly over-priced he had the audacity to bill my former dental insurance provider behind my back so that he can "collect" from as many sides of the table as possible. Long story short; Dr. Gillen is very much into his "greedy little sack of coins "and he will suck the blood off of every dollar you pay him in exchange for his services.

I had both of my bottom wisdom teeth taken out, pain free fast recovery. very good dentist

Both Dr. Gillen and Dr Blaustein are totally sensitive to the needs and fears of anxious patients. I'm completely satisfied with all work they have performed on me through-out the years.

Dr. Gillen is skilled, thorough and really cares about getting the work done right. He has done everything from cleaning, extractions and caps for me and I never felt any pain. He is a complete professional and is also gentle and compassionate and will ease your mind about treatment even if you have not seen a dentist for a while. I cannot recommend any medical professional more highly.
