Excellent doctor. Had bondings done on several teeth about 12 years ago and they are still in excellent shape. He truly cares about his work, and about his patients.
About Front Desk: a long time ago, about 14 years ago they had an exceptionally kind billing person. I still remember her to this day. Since then they have had others come and go, but I will never forget her.

I am a long-term patient of Dr. Horvilleur and would never consider going to any other dentist. He provides superb dental care and follow-up treatment and is supported by a capable and professional staff. Dr. Horvilleur finds the best solution for every problem presented and goes to great lengths to save a patient's tooth. I feel quite fortunate to have the benefit of Rene's expertise as a dentist and highly recommend him for all types of dental care.
About Hygienist: Dr. Horvilleur's hygienist is of top caliber--she is also a nurse and brings a high level of knowledge and experience to her work.

Wow! poor, implant placement, placed on my some cheap implants from Spain, that i'd found out he got for FREE, but CHARGED me at a premium $$. Implant fail and the office was very rude to answer my questions and concerns. what an INSULT!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Horvilleur for any dental cosmetic treatment and implants. During my treatment he was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I am extremely happy with the results: all my family and friends are referred to him.
About Hygienist: Spend enough time explaining cleaning techniques.

Amazing! there is no other work. I did plenty of research before deciding that Dr. H would be the one to place my implants and I have to say that it was the best decision I have ever made. He is very attentative and he is always there for any questions I have. I would recommend him to anyone. He is deffinately N.Y's best.

I met Dr. Horvilleur when I had a terrible pain in my right top molar, all the way in the back. He took a look and said that most dentists would do a root canal, but he thought he could save my tooth. He painstakenly worked on my tooth, and I ended up with a crown. That was more than 20 years ago, and I have never had trouble since. I am 55 and have had no root canals, despite fillings in every tooth.
My husband had massive restorative dentistry with Dr. Horvilleur, and he has never looked or felt better. That was 15 years ago. I think Dr. Horvilleur is a great dentist and a kind person.
About Hygienist: Fine -- they change over the years, but they have all done good work on my mouth.

I have been treated by Dr. Horvilleur for about 20 years. I think he is terrific -- although my teeth are full of fillings from years ago, I have needed only routine work. At 55, no root canals, one crown. I met him when I had a problem -- he said most people would have done a root canal, but I can save your tooth. He did -- and I have not had trouble with that tooth since then.
He also rebuilt my husband's mouth -- with a permanent bridge that my husband likes a lot. It took a long time, but Dr. Horvilleur explained everything and was very kind. He is very very good. Highly recommended.

Pulled my son's wisdom tooth. They called my dental insurance and found out how much I would need to pay out of pocket - which was basically the co-pay. On the day of his appt. they insisted that he pay 1/2 up front and that insurance wouldn't cover it all - wouldn't begin procedure until payment was made. I have been calling them for over a month now - insurance paid almost the entire bill and they owe me $145. Staff is rude and deceptive. Continually referring me to other people who are never in the office. Now they have told me that the check has been mailed and it has been over a week and a half and I do not have the check.

I began with Dr. H when my insurance covered him. I've since switched companies & consequently insurance carriers. Lo & behold, Dr. H is no longer part of my "network." However, I can NOT leave him. I trust him implicitly and will happily pay out of my own pocket for such expertise and peace of mind.
