Dr. Mann came highly recommended by another colleague. Both my husband and I have gone to him several times now and his services, as well as those of his staff, have been excellent. His office is very modern and patient info has been computerized for rapid retrieval.
I have no reservations about recommending him to another - and have already done so.
About Hygienist: Again, services provided by the dental hygienist working in his office have been top-notch to date.

I was in the waiting area for 47 min after my appointment. This office is the slowest office ever! When i went in i was explaing that my filling did not feel right (dr man did the filling) he left the room to take a call. very rude! after that he came back and i was becoming irritated because i had waited so long and i couldn't even explain what was going on with my tooth. When i finally started explaining he became irritated and walked away from me mid sentence. He is rude and doesn't even look at you in the eyes while talking to you.

Dr. Man was quick to criticize the work a previous dentist had performed and promised that he could do a better job.
That was the first treatment but when I was at his mercy with a temporary tooth in my mouth, he became impatient and mean.
He'll never look you in the eyes and is money hungry. At the end of it all, he had the nerve to try to overcharge me. it's been a few months since i've gotten the crown and it still feels irregular and looks it too. the fit is all wrong. I'm warning you, don't ever go to his guy - he's trouble!

I went to him for a cleaning, that went well, but the second time i tried to get a root canal the service was unbelievably poor.
He had to apply for the root canal through medicaid, but the application was never processed, still he booked an appointment for me at 1oclock, I got there waited til 2 oclock before they figured that out and told me. Then they had the nerve to to lie to me and say sorry we can't book you for a future appointment because we don't know when he'll have room in his schedule, when the real reason was they didn't know when the application for my root canal will be processed through medicaid. I had to go to another doctor, who processed the paper work in 2 months and called me back.
Dr. Martin Man's cleaning job was fine, but his service was terrible, making we wait an hour when the paper work wasn't ready then sending me away without telling the real reason, basically lying to my face and sending me away without any resolution or a set date to resolved my tooth with dead nerves. How can you trust a doctor like that?

I went to Dr. Man for a second opinion on some past dental work that had been criticized, and he was very thorough in evaluating past treaments. I have since switched to him for all my dental work, he is good, relatively painless, and efficient. He is also cautious about letting you know what could need work in the future, but does not do anything that is not necessary.

I am a current patient. Although Dr. Mann sometimes over books his patients and your appointment time can end up being 45 minutes to an hour later than planned, he is very good. No pain at all, very gentle, caring Dr. who cares for his patients. I would recommend him.
