I have always been afraid of dentists, based on very poor past experiences. A friend of mine had introduced me to Dr. Mohamed 7 years ago. I had to have 3 root canals and 4 caps put on, and he was so gentle and compassionate. I no longer live in NYC, and still take my family to Dr. Mohamed for all of our dental needs. He is makes a very uncomfortable experience very pleasant and painless - he has the BEST bedside manor! I would NEVER go anywhere else!

Dr. Mohammed has been my family dentist for more than twenty years. Although my various dental insurance plans change over the years, I always return to Dr. Mohammed who is very understanding and patience. I would not trust my mouth to anyone else. Several root canals, partials, fillings.

Dr. Mohamed is a proficient, focused professional. Treatments (inc. root canal) have been somewhat painful, but not terrible. He is friendly, but sometimes lacks compassion while working. The office staff and dental assistants are all wonderful.
About Hygienist: Dr. Mohamed does the cleanings himself. They're very thorough. He could be a little gentler.

Dr. Mohamed and his staff made me feel very relaxed undergoing this difficult procedure. The office runs very smoothly, and in my 18 years here they have always been on time. Dr. Mohamed made this procedure quick and painless. I LOVE my smile now and I would reccomend Carnegie Hill Dental to everybody :)
