I went for a consultation only, and received a bill for $175.

About Front Desk: The one girl at the front desk staff seemed unprepared and unprofessional. I had already completed the online forms, and she tried to get me to fill them out again.

She was very straightforward and honest about the crown replacement that I needed. I was also recommended for a periodontal visit that I'm not sure I need.

To Dr. Youdeem - I mentioned how much I appreciate how she cares for me as her patient. She's just spent a bit of time installing a crown and cleaning up the excess cement (torturing the new tooth into existence, I suppose). She's asked me throughtout if I were okay (meaning comfortable, free of pain or discomfort (whether physical or psychological. She's conscientious and sensitive that way.) After she's finished, I told her that I (sincerely) appreciate her as a doctor, a dentist. That it was who she is is, how she is when treating me in her chair, that makes the visits to her office worth enduring. I respect her work in its tangible (the crown, for example), and intangible (she's exceptionally kind in how she treats me).

About Front Desk: The staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. Steffanie goes out of her way to make sure things run smoothly in the office.

she is the best dentist I ever had. she was kind proffessional understanding and the best of all she listened to what I wanted. I had 10 veneers done and the look beautiful. I had no pain and even her temporaries were perfect. I highly recommend her to everyone.

i have had a ton of work done at this office over the course of a year and i can absolutely say this is the absolute worst dentist office i have ever been to. hands down. i had two crowns that they put in my mouth expolde within three months and then they refused to replace them. t the office staff is disorganized an uncooperative, they consistently over bill you according to insurance and keep such poor records they are not even able to track it down when it happens and could care less about it. there is no privacy in the patient rooms, doctors are always running around in a panic and yelling at each other in front of patients . i have never been to a more unprofessional medical office in my life.

I have been going to this dentist now for over 4 years and have endured their marginally unpleasant, forceful technique strictly for the sake of convenience (my office is close by). Recently they have been adamantly pushing porcelain inlays on where I previously had simple cavity fillings. The procedure costs $1200 each tooth and is not covered by my insurance. I think it is time to move on.
