Dr. Dacey has taken care of my family and me for nearly 20 years. He are his longtime, dedicated staff are outstanding!

very dissatisfied. I was told to put the balance I owed after insurance on my "Beny" card (TSA0 last Dec. Well my "beny" card was disabled a few weeks ago because the charges from Dr. Dacey are NOT covered. I was informed otherwise at the dentist's office. In addition, after Dr. Dacey fixed my crown, my previous night guard did not fit correctly. dr. dacey said if I did not get a new $500.00 night guard "my teeth would fall out". I was under the impression this was covered in my dental plan....WRONG1 So once I paid the almost $1,300.00 back to my employer (and since it was last year I essentially LOST that $$$ as it does not "roll over" into the next year)

About Hygienist: Also when I first went to Dr.Dacey the first time I explained my severe phobia about going to the dentist, pain,etc. He assurred me he practices "gentle dentistry". BUT when I had the need for a filling, he tried to talk me into no novacaine because it wouldn't take that long. I refused , he sighed and continued to try to convince me to not have novacaine..he did comply, but I was very insulted that he did not initially respect my desire. My previous dentist (who is no longer in my insurance network, thus the switch to Dr. Dacey) ALWAYS was gentle, he even offered laughing gas routinely to help me be at ease, he even Rx'ed Valium prior to a major procedure.

36 years, and I am not that old ! Consistant, with several of the same employees. Very understanding, efficient, and actually listens & cares !

Dr. Dacey is very nice and has a wonderful staff. He's very thorough, and makes you comfortable.

About Hygienist: Hygienists are very gentle and friendly and I'm one of those people who are normally very uncomfortable in that situation.
