This dentist did wisdom teeth removal on my daughter. When she had problems the next day, he didn't want to see her and suggested the emergency room. He is smug, rude, and over confident. His office staff is also quite rude. I have never had problems with any other dental office in my life, but from the beginning wasn't thrilled with this office. It's like a factory, and you do not receive personalized service. I learned to deal with that, but the latest service gave us no reason to ever go back there. They don't even deserve one star!
About Hygienist: Hygienist was fine. Receptionist needs to learn how to provide good customer service. She was rude beyond belief.

He is extremely rude. Talks negative about my orthodontist because it isn't who his office pushes on everyone. He is very smug. His dad is rude and cranky too. The office is too busy, overscheduled, very non-personal.

Dr. Rogers seemed to be more interested in talking to his assistant about his vacation than actually working on my fillings. I didn't mind much until I started chocking on the cotton piece in my mouth and it took him awhile before he even thought to take it out. Afterwards I got an annoyed look and then he went back to talking to his assistant. Other than that the rest of the staff was very helpful and courteous.
