I had a broken molar. A crown was in order to correct it. The visit lasted for about 2.5 hours; however, it was just for one visit (not 2 as in the past), I received a permanent crown (not a temporary one). The crown was made inhouse. The crown (a lithium ceramic) material enables an xray to view the real tooth under the crown. The procedure was efficient and relatively anxiety-free. Radio with earbuds or television is offered for distraction or to fill the lull time required for the design work and actual milling time of the crown. I had very little pain afterwards. Great job! Dr. Schiller and her team embrace technology and are constantly looking to find ways to give more for less and deliver a pleasant experience. I also had cosmetic work done about 7 years ago. I had a missing tooth (upper right canine). Part of the solution was to include a bridge. My teeth (and ultimately my smile) look great, and maintenance was explained and is easy with flossing using a thread between the gum and bridge.

About Front Desk: Marty, very helpful with scheduling, respects the privacy of the patient and the billing of the dental insurance is very seamless.

About Hygienist: Michelle, 9 years, gentle manner, thorough, concerned about overall care of patient. 50 minutes below include measuring of pockets, xrays, etc.

The doctors and staff are VERY knowledgeable with state of the art dentistry, friendly, caring and bringing total body health to the foremost of their practice. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you for caring.

About Hygienist: I have been seen by the Hygiene staff at Schiller Dental and they are ALL very efficient and caring.

I have been going to Dr. Schiller for 15 years and I have been very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the services over the years.

I love the treatment that I receive from Dr. Schiller and her staff. They are always so friendly and try to keep me comfortable even though I am really nervous about coming to the dentist. I know that I am always going to get good service from this dentist.

About Front Desk: They have always been welcoming and make me feel at home.

About Hygienist: The hygienists I have seen are very nice and always make me feel good about myself. I love getting my teeth cleaned there. I like how they take the time to explain things that I don't understand. I feel that they truly care about my needs. And recently they have been telling me how my mouth can affect the health of the rest of my body. So cool! They are always on top of the latest information.

I went in for a cleaning. Never recieved a cleaning just a bunch of things I didn't ask for. Still have yet to get the cleaning I made the appointment for in the first place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Extremely over priced!!

You pay 3x's the average Cincinnati dental fee and the dentist does unnecessary work! They wanted to do 3 root canals. The thing they didnt know Is I had already went to a good local dentist. a few weeks prior, but recently moved and it was far to go back. They said my teeth looked fine. I chose to go here and three weeks later I had 3 horrible teeth that all needed $2900 dollar root canals. Thats each, 3 root canals at 2900 bucks each. Suspicious. They I talk about my experience and find out many people in my area have had a similar experience with these guys. They find a lot of extra work they feel you need and charge 3x's the price. Small fractures in your teeth, chips, possible damage.On a good note. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Very nice people who are eager to give you medications if your scared or in pain. Maybe even feeling a little nervous. They are willing to take your mind off it all. You would have to be high to buy into all this. B.S They even have a credit line they are ready to extend to you. This place has suspect written all over it. It was $300 just to walk in the door. No cleaning, just a look around my mouth and a few photos and one X-ray.

About Front Desk: Nice people. They even bring you into a little office atmosphere and let you know they care about your teeth. Hand shakes and a pat on the back. Looking back I felt like a cob of corn.

About Hygienist: She knows what shes doing. But she has a super keen eye for expensive surgery and thinks you need a lot. I'm just guessing here. I have seen the estimates from co workers

Very professional yet personable. Office staff very friendly. Office is very clean. The docter and her staff are great with kids too.
