I have been going to Dr. Siemer for 6 years now and the service is great. I love the staff. They are very professional and I always feel like they have my best interest at heart. Only negative is that they are so full that I have had a hard time getting back in if I have to reschedule for some reason.

We called and had appointments the next day. I felt the service was charming. Dr. Siemer seemed very ready to explain medical issues to me and I felt he wanted to help. He did poke me once in the chin with the sharp tooth cleaner thing, and that bothered me. At another point he reminded the nurse to have a piece of equipment serviced. Also, he during the teeth cleaning they forgot to turn on the water vacuum for a while, but this did not really bother me. I do not have insurance, but I did feel that his prices were very reasonable. Composite filling were priced at $145. The chair side manners were good, and I had no pain or anything like that. My wife however, claims that after having an exam and a tooth cleaning, she felt pain for a while and her mouth felt like she had been at the orthodonists. Aside from these few small things, I thought the service was about a 7/10. The woman at the front desk seemed a bit pushy with rescheduling, but then again, what dental receptionist doesn't. The last thing I can think to share is that Dr. Siemer did diagnose multiple cavities for me and my wife. I had had a previous dentist earlier, and I feel that they had poked at the same dark spots and felt the were OK. He wanted to fill those teeth.

About Hygienist: I thought the hygienists were great. Very nice to talk to, they put you right at ease.

Dr. Siemer has been my dentist since I was a child, and now that I live in Minnesota, I'm freakin' out because I don't really trust anyone else. He's very friendly and tells it to you straight, like a doctor should. His office could use a bit of a facelift, but he's in practice by himself, so we'll cut the guy a break. I'd rather he focus on my teeth, rather than his decorating anyway. You'll like him - I promise.

He and his staff are very thorough, however I always wonder about the number of cancellations, and how quickly they can get you in. But overall pretty pleased.
